We provide mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, puncture repairs, tyre inspections and roadside tyre assistance. All services are subject to tyre availability, technician availability and suitable working conditions.
A deposit is required to secure and confirm every booking. No booking is considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
Customers must provide notice as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

Any applicable call-out or attendance charge remains payable even where the tyre fitting is not completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, tyre, location and contact information.
The vehicle must be accessible and the work area must be reasonably safe. Additional charges may apply where incorrect information causes delays, additional travel or additional work.
Tyre availability is subject to stock. If the requested tyre is unavailable, we may offer an alternative.
We are not responsible for pre-existing or concealed damage, defective wheels, damaged or seized wheel nuts, locking wheel nuts, corrosion or vehicle defects.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where we consider the vehicle, tyre or location unsafe.
Punctures will only be repaired where the tyre is considered suitable and safe for repair. A replacement tyre may be required where repair is not appropriate.
Any arrival time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, emergency jobs or other circumstances outside our control.
Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances not included in the original quotation, including additional travel, specialist work, difficult access, seized components or changes requested by the customer.
Any additional work will be explained where reasonably possible before it is carried out.
We take reasonable care when providing our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective components, unsafe vehicle conditions, customer instructions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Any refund will be considered based on the circumstances of the service. Where applicable, tyre warranties are provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
Customer information may be used for booking, communication, payment, service and administrative purposes. We do not sell customer personal information.
