1. Contract Agreement & Scope of Services

These terms and conditions govern all contracts entered into with MobileTyreService247 ("the Company") for mobile tyre fitting, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, locking wheel nut removal, and emergency breakdown responses across the United Kingdom.

By requesting a quote, confirming a telephone booking, or authorizing a technician on-site, you agree to be bound by these operational terms.

2. Quotes, Fixed Pricing & On-Site Payments

We pride ourselves on 100% price transparency. All verbal and electronic quotes provided by our dispatch operators include the tyre cost, mobile fitting, new rubber valve, computerized wheel balancing, and old tyre disposal.

• No Hidden Surcharges: The price confirmed on the dispatch phone call is the final price payable upon job completion.
• Payment Methods: Every mobile van accepts contactless payments, major debit/credit cards, and chip & PIN. Payment is collected directly by the technician upon successful completion of work.
• Commercial Invoicing: Fleet accounts are invoiced under agreed 30-day corporate terms.

3. Customer Obligations & Site Accessibility

To ensure a safe and efficient fitting process, the customer must ensure:

• The vehicle is parked on a firm, flat surface (driveway, car park, or safe roadside shoulder) clear of heavy traffic hazards.
• The vehicle key and locking wheel nut key (if fitted) are made available to the technician upon arrival.
• If the locking wheel nut key is lost or damaged, the customer must authorize keyless extraction prior to work commencing.
• The provided vehicle registration or tyre size specifications are accurate.

4. Dispatch & Arrival ETAs

Our average emergency arrival time is 32 minutes nationally. All estimated arrival times (ETAs) provided by dispatch coordinators are given in good faith based on real-time vehicle GPS data.

However, arrival times are non-binding estimates. The Company shall not be liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe motorway traffic, extreme weather conditions, or official road closures.

5. Cancellations & Surcharge Policy

• Free Cancellation: Customers may cancel their service booking free of charge prior to van dispatch.
• Callout Surcharge: If a customer cancels after a mobile workshop van has already arrived at the scene, or if the technician is turned away due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, a standard callout charge (£45 inc. VAT) will apply to cover fuel and technician time.

6. 12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

All new tyres fitted by MobileTyreService247 carry full manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects. In addition, we provide our own 12-month workmanship guarantee covering bead seating, valve placement, and wheel balancing.

Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover subsequent puncture damage, kerb impact sidewall splits, under-inflation wear, or alignment misalignment occurring after fitment.

7. Roadside Safety & Legal Protocols

Our technicians reserve the right to abort or relocate a fitting operation if the roadside location poses an immediate danger to life (e.g., live high-speed motorway lanes without hard shoulder protection). In such cases, the technician will assist in moving the vehicle to a safe location before fitting.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
